We are here to inspire hope and to enrich the quality of life by exploring opportunities to increase meaningful community participation and developing improved social and life skills.

Supportive Steps is a family based agency assisting families design a plan that works for each individual family. We provide support to those diagnosed with delayed development and/or intellectual abilities, exceptional behaviours, dual diagnosed, concurrent disorders, or having any difficulties with their mental wellness regardless of the reason.
We at Supportive Steps encourage you to let us help you find the balance you are looking for.


Our Staff

Our staff consists of qualified, trained, and experienced direct support professionals, social service workers, developmental service workers, child and youth workers, registered psychotherapists, on-site counsellors, and personal support workers.

We are located at 371 Mitchell Ave in Oshawa with the closest intersection being Ritson Rd and Olive Ave. It is a dead end road within convenient walking distance to stores, McDonalds and Tim Hortons.
